I have a question about brain improvement supplements

Well, i'm totally hopeless at remembering stuff, and i was wondering if those memory pills really work. Can someone explain what they do?

  3. Don't know about the memory pills, but I know that since I started taking omega-3 fish oil supplements and a Vitamin B complex supplement, my memory and concentration have improve dramatically, as has my mood.  

  4. If u really want to improve your memory try yoga u don't need any medicines at all. and forget diseases for the rest of your life. Besides there r medicines in ayurveda, i recommend Yoga.

    2.   Do Smaranashakthi Vikasik.  (To improve memory power):

         Stand straight. Look straight. keep feet in "v' position. Keep the chin 4 and half finger-width from the pit of the neck.  Think about the Cerebrum (Centre apex of the head) and breath fifteen times in and out with force as if from a blacksmiths bellows.   If feeling dizzy sit down for a while or do it slowly.   Do it once in a day.  Repeat every day at a particular time before sunrise.   with best wishes.
