I have a question about candles on a date at a restaurant?

Im a teenager and me and my girlfriends want to go on a date for a birthdays. were planning on goin to olive garden and doin the hole dressin up fancy date deal. i think it would be cool to have candles but idk, can you request to have candles at olive garden, or give them cadles to have put on a table. ive herd if u want roses you can give them to the restaurant in advance and theyl put them on the table, but idk about candles, and idk what olive garden will do.. can sombody help me. thankss

Ok nobody will be able to help you more then me. I worked at olive garden for 3 years. And if you want a small candle they can prearrange it. You would have to give it to them b4 hand so if wanted it to be arranged at the table bring in the candle a holder for it and flowers could be placed on table to that you bring. But here is the only thing and Im not being mean I promise but Olive Garden is not fancy at all. The highest hing on the menu is $19.00 and thats if you get steak. And when we had people that would actually come in there with a candle every now and then we just made fun of them cause the o.g. is far from romantic or nice. While your sitting there dressed up across from you will sit some weird couple wearing looney tune shirts from walmart. So you may want to reconsider the location.  TRUST ME..  But good luck to ya regaurdless have fun!
