I have a question about digital phone service. I have frequent periods of time when?

my digital phone service goes dead. This can last from just a few minutes to several hours. I complain to the Time Warner who sends out an idiot who changes the modem. Then the problem starts up again a few weeks later. I use cordless phones (2.4 megahirts) Any suggestions what could be wrong?

For the money you pay TW you want good service!

call them up and ask to have send a supervisor only, and get it fixed or else!!

Most of the guys they send out are contracted to work for TW, but now its time to get it fixed right!!

call them up at 4 am and get the first 8am appointment, and also tell the SV that you want his cell-phone, and if you have anymore trouble you will call him!!

Time-Warner is just to expensive with there service to be jerked around like that...

that is the problem with VOIP. I would forget about the whole thing and get a regular land line. You can get the same price as your are paying for TW service with a local LEC or CLEC
