I have a question about dyslexia?

i am dyslexic and i hate it is there any way to make it go away forever

is there some kind of brain surgery that can reduce or make my dyslexia go away

and if there isnt any kind of surgery is there another cure

and if there is currently no brain surgery to improve or fix it will there ever be in the future

I don't know if there is surgery , but if u try crossing your eyes it might set them to read right.
