  1. Yes, dairy products are good for you, especially milk and yogurt and cottage cheese.  Not too much regular cheese, though because it is high in fat.

Meat will not 'hurt' the digestive system.  The body does need protein, afterall.

Look for any cereal that is high in fiber, such as fiber one or we like frosted mini wheats.

I have started eating the fiber one bars and i was very surprised at how good they taste and they do help me go to the bathroom easier.

There is  also a wonderful clear tasteless powder called benefiber which you can mix into any drink or food  !

    good luck

  2. Some foods high in fiber are:

Brown Rice (you can buy it at Trader Joe's)

Flax seed--Sprinkle some on your morning shakes or cereal.  Some cereal comes with flax seed.

If your constipated drink warm prune juice..and dont eat many dairy products until your better or just get a natural colon cleanse from Arbonne International or a fiber powder -email me on this if you want..

Oh one more thing, drink Aloe Vera Juice before bed (buy it at Sam's club).

  3. Meat and dairy take forever to digest and therefore stuff up your system. The only good grains are whole, and very hard to find in the average store. I would say your best bet is prunes .

  4. Try that fiber one yogurt
