Okay, I'm 16, I weigh 155 pounds, and I am 5'8"... I really want a six pack and I've been trying to do it for some time but cant seem to get the results I'm looking fo.. any help? I just started lifting weights in school and am taking whey protein what workout could I do? Someone told me to run 3 miles everyday, follow a strict diet, and do at least 20 minutes of intense ab excerciese... any tips?
