I have a question about grinding my teeth at night.?

I grind my teeth at night and the way that I found out was because at the dentist they could tell from the damage done to my teeth from the grinding. If I begin to wear a night guard now will that make my teeth go back to normal. Or the damage that was done to my teeth from the grinding is permanent?

Yes I think that you could put on a night guard.My husband does the same thing and he will not get one to this day  his teeth has gotten a lot wrost. And I do mean wrost.

You need to wear the night guard to prevent any new damage. MANY people grind at night. you are not alone.
