I have a question about military sports at college level?

If you play for a sport for the military. How long do you have to stay in before you can leave. I know you have to stay more than four years.

your commitment is based on the community you get after Commissioning.  Aviators, for instance have to serve 6-8 years before they can leave.  

But most  require a minimum of 5 years post commissioned service before you can go to the Pros.

it all depends on what you do after sports. if you only play college sports, then you only have your 4 year committment. know that they committment is based on your actual military job not the fact that you played a sport. if you go on to the olympics or professional sport that will delay your commission, you will need to payback your country in other ways or extended time.
