I have a question about my legs

During football and basketball season everytime in a drill my legs become tight and i cant run. what can i do to make this stop?

  1. Stretch beforehand and drink plenty of water throughout the day....also eat bananas which help reduce cramping


  2. Proper stretching and warm-up before hand, as well as proper diet; that is sometimes indicative of a vitamin deficeincy...
