I have a question about old navy? ?

i bought 3 pairs of jeans on the day that they are 12 bucks but i dont like them, so i want to exchange them or return them. Im just wondering if anyone knows before i go in if i were to exchange them would i get 3 pairs of jeans again for $12 each or would it be full price again?

First off: You must have your receipt. Without it, you will only get mailed a merchandise cerificate...not ifs, ands or buts.

As long as you choose more five-pocket jeans....you will get the $12 price. (the 5 pockets jeans are the folded ones in the walls)

if you have you recite then it will be 12 doller if not it will be the price that they are selling fro now which could be even lower.

I also work at O.N.   If you choose to exchange the jeans, you can exchange for size or color of the same style and still keep the $12 price, however if you choose another style -- those will be full price, and right now they are selling for $20-$25/ea.

If you have the receipt, the return is no problem.  They can also look up your purchase on a credit card if you dont have the receipt, otherwise you will get the mailed merch. credit.
