I have a question about p90x Ab Ripper ?

i just wanted to do the p90x ab ripper only, lol will i get progress if i just do it every other day like 3x a week or will it my body just get use to the workout and not create muscle confusion??

  1. The muscle confusion comes from doing different workouts every day.  By doing Cardio X one day, Arms & Shoulders and Ab Ripper next, Yoga next, Legs & Back and Ab Ripper next, and Kenpo next, you are working different muscles every day.

    The ab ripper is only 15 minutes long, and you will just be working out your abs, nothing else.  To get the full effect of these workouts, you need to do some of the other ones.  And, you cannot get ripped abs, if you have a layer of fat on your abs-you have to do cardio to burn the fat off, and then you will be able to start to see muscle definition.


  2. I've been doing the ab ripper exercise just about everyday for more than a month and I am seeing the results. But everybody is different.
