There are about a Gazillion ways to "make it look nice".  All of them different.

Photoshop 7 does not have animation features, so you can't make moving features on text.

In terms of making it look nice -- it really depends what you mean by that.

To make things look like they sparkle, the classic technique is to add small white starbursts or lens flares on the edges of an object.
