  1. Check your local newspaper. Circle the ones you want to call about and when you do call and they don't sound good, put an X through them. If the do sound good give them a * or some special mark and check them out. Keep a little tablet with a list of those called, dates, and amount of rent. Also check out neighborhoods. Good luck. Moving is the pits.

  2. Don't rent, it's just throwing your money out the window, buy a house instead!

  3. I look in the penny saver USA web site, I swear a ton of people advertise in that thing. Its kept pretty current too.

  4. I found my mobile home in the newspaper. check the papers or go to a rental place, or I have a better one. drive around neighborhoods and look for rental signs. I have seen many in valdosta ga. yes buying a house is much better but two things if anything goes wrong or breaks, guess who has to pay to fix it unless you are handy and two you have to have money and good credit to buy a house. I rather rent this way the landlord has to fix it. I had a house before it is a pain.

  5. Real Estate Agents will do all the work for you if you ask them. Its part of our job, all we ask is you give us a chance to find you home to purchase if you ever get to that point.

otherwise newspapers are by far the best bet, followed closely by Craigslist.com if you're in a big city.

  6. well its best to go out and find the house you would like to rent and then call. but most house renting cost from $650-850. it just really denpends on the house size. also to find great places to look is in the paper and soem times they give webs address. oh yeah its also better to just buy a house. you really waste money. you should just live with some one and save money.

  7. Try Craigslist too. The newspaper wouldn't be a bad idea, either.

  8. Apartment rentals are much more common that house rentals, so your searches will give you apartments. I would try changing my searches using different keywords. try "real estate rental","rental property", etc   Good Luck!!
