Does it help in any way to jog in place? If so, how long?

  1. Run normally. Jogging in place is going to be hard to do especially if you want to run fast.


  2. well if you plan to have a running in place competition it could benefit but running on treadmills and jogging in place is terrible for working on running ability but if your looking for cardio its fine

  3. Yup, as long as you meet youre target heart rate for at least 30 minutes youre getting cardio benefits.
