I have a question about seat belts?

In Michigan, do you do kids under 12 have to wear a seat belt in the back seat?

I don't know if it's like here in Texas in Michigan, but here there is a LAW that everyone in the car HAS to wear a seat belt when the vehicle is motion.

And you should ALWAYS wear one even if you don't have too. And I know I talk like a commercial, but my friend nearly got ejected from his car cuz he wasn't wearing a seat belt.

All people must wear seat belts that ride in a car children 12 and older are allowed to use adult seat belts, front and rear, children under 12 years of age must be in a car seat.
