I have a question about strip clubs/Strippers in las vegas?

Once in a while, I go to a strip club in las vegas and I would see a alot of girls dancing at scores or treasure on any given night..Sometimes I wonder where the girls come from . Do they live in Las Vegas or are they out of towners ? Are the clubs constantly recruiting alot of girls every year ? The reason i ask is because everytime I go, I see different girls...can someone explain to me the way this business works

Strip clubs have a high turnover rate. It's just the nature of the business. Kind of like fast food. People come and go.
