Ok I dont wanna get huge I wanna get ripped and lean what type of supplements should I be taking? Can u give me links?

  1. Since your goal is not to bulk up but to tone up avoid things that contain, or are, creatine.  I'm assuming your past the development stages in your life, like puberty and what not, because otherwise I would advise you to avoid taking supplements other than just whey protein.  

    I have taken a Product called NO-XPLODE from BSN for a couple years now.  My goal like yours was to not bulk up, as well as more energy.  NO-Xplode worked very well for me because it didn't bulk me up like a similar product did.  When I took it regularly, combined with a lot of running and other non-gym work outs, it toned me up.   They recently changed the formula a little bit, I think, so it may have a bit more creatine in it than before, so I'm testing it out to make sure it won't bulk me up... So far so good.  

    Other than that I personally wouldn't recommend anything other than Isopure Protein.
