I have a question about the dvd the nightmare before Christmas?

I had bought the dvd the nightmare before Christmas and you can put it on your ipod, but the problem is that when i sync it the movie doesn't sync it says it can't cause i'm not authorize, Please help me so that i can put it on.

dvd companies have had problems like that in the past with digital copies if you live in canada. sometimes the code is not valid if you live outside the us. the same happened to me with juno . i went to the site and emailed them and that was the reason they gave me. i still dont have juno on my ipod :(.

you might have to call the ipod support group or something cus i put a question up like this cus music wouldn't work on my ipod and i only got answers like "how should we know" and "why do we care" and things like that so it's so much easier to call the ipod support group. or call the place you got it from and they could direct you to an answer. welll all u have to do is put the movie on da computer n den right click on it and then press copy and drag it to ur ipod
