So I have had the Wii Fit since Friday and seem to be going in the right direction!

My question is has anyone else lost any weight on the Wii Fit ?

  1. I have lost weight on Wii Fit.

    When I started out, I didn't feel like I was really getting anywhere, and might only "work out" once a week at best. I had a hard time getting going on it, because I felt like I was doing the exercises wrong.

    However, once I started using my muscles to do the workouts instead of using my frame or weight distribution, things got a lot easier, and much more fun.

    Most recently I've been doing Wii Fit for 30-50 minutes three times per week, with some light exercise on off days (walking) and some days none at all.

    I've been very impressed how fun some of the exercises are, and I really do feel better about my overall health. I don't think it's the end-all be-all for exercise, but it certainly helped me (a couch potato who was unhappy with couch potatohood) get off my rear and do something about it.

    And really, that's a darn good start.


  2. I have i started in obese and I'm now in overweight. I think it does help with exercise but its also helpful because it gives u the wii fit tips.

  3. i have i nearly lost a full BMI point (body mass index) so it does kinda work with a balanced diet and regular proper exercise
