I have a question about the yugioh card, Heart of the Underdog.?

Ok, firstly can your opponent use it? Second do you have to draw or CAN you draw? Please list source.

the poeple above me are correct you can choose.

to activate its effect you gotta show your card to the opponent first, then draw 1 card

OK, your opponent can't use it because it says "during your draw phase". Also it says "you can" draw another card so that means you don't have to.

it doesn't work for the opponent. it would have something like "both players" in the tex

and you can draw extra cards with its effect since it says "can." so if you draw a normal monster, you can choose whether to activate heart of the underdog's effect
