I have a question for any fan of GTA IV?

I was just wondering two things. First, do you get p****e's car bomb from a mission or from getting the amount he likes you to 75%? Also, does anyone have an easier way to get him to like you because he never wants to do any activities that I suggest.

Special Ability - Unlocked at 75%:

You can call up p****e and select "Bomb" and he will place a phone bomb nearby. Collect the phone bomb and plant it on a car.

Preferred Activites:

Bowling

Darts

Drinking (Donnie's Bar)

Pool

Show

Strip Club

you get the car bomb from the friendship % , p****e mostly likes shows, then strip clubs, and then bowling.  so call him to see shows if you want highest %
