I have a question for anyone who knows NFP

Ok I had a normal phase 1 & 2. I had my peak day on about cycle day 21 (this is normal for me, my cycles are 40 days long) my cervix closed on cycle day 24 and still no temperature increase. Any ideas of what this means?
