  1. If it's not paid off, you have to have full coverage.  Period - the lenders require it and can get it put back on your policy if you remove it.  If it's paid off, you can get "garage" coverage on it, for a very small cost, but if it's hit by someone on the street, it won't be covered if they are uninsured.  "Garage" coverage means you have it in a garage and out of harms way.

    Good luck

  2. Assuming "curbing" means taking the car off the road - you save money that way, by cancelling coverages.  If you need to keep the full coverage for a loan, you can't get any cancelled coverages.  Sorry.

  3. You may be able to remove the liability from the vehicle if its parked.  You would have to keep Collison and Comp.  This would save you some cost.  However you would have to contact the insurance company before this vehicle would be used or if you had and accident you would have no coverage to protect others.  This coverage can be removed in some states. You should talk with you insurance agent to be sure that this is an option for your you in your state.  Good Luck.

  4. agent gives the discount from his commission because he is getting some extra insurance anyhow you will get discount
