I have a question for people who know extensively about comas.?

Question

i know there are different levels of comas. and some say that you can dream in a coma.

but just how vivid is this dream? i mean is it like dreaming out in detail the rest of your life in that coma thinking its real and everything? sort of like the matrix?

weird question i know, but im wondering if this is even possible in a coma.

usually it is the past experiences that people would want to go back and change like a family that died and a family man dreams they are still alive. Sometimes these visions of their past memories are so real that it takes a long time for them to wake up since their subconscious is into depth of these dreams.  Comas make people's dreams so realistic and true that they believe they feel alive and more aware of the surrounding. These are just some medical explanations and also the fact that it is very much similiar among coma patients.
