  1. Does your daughter have a British passport?  If so then there is no problem, however if she has American one only you would need o check with the British Consulate. Good luck I'm sure it will work out.

  2. Yes ,she will get a Visa

  3. I see no problems this at all, that fact that your husband is British should be enough and as you are an America then I can't see any reason for your daughter to be refused.

How ever if you do have any, seriously send me an email and I will my best to help.

  4. Yes they will, but as for medical we have a reciprocal agreement with many nations, that we treat first, and receive treatment there in return, , in Europe we have an E111 form to get this agreement in force so that the medicals are met for travelers, and we meet theirs over here, whether this applies to America I do not know, but you can get travel insurance at either end, but I think that you will get a better deal here, and have to send the papers to your daughter, before she travels, if she can get it there, then check the prices and exchange rates first, before you decide, as many British places do free,(no commission ) exchange for the US dollar, the Post Office being one such group, but a visit will be no problem for a visa.......if your husband still has a right of residence and sufficient national insurance contributions, she may also be entitled, as a family member, to free treatment, he should call the department of pensions to check on this first, or e-mail them, as a phone call can be a long and expensive call, if he is put on hold......

  5. It would be illegal for the UK to refuse a visa on the basis of disability, under our anti discrimination laws.

However if you daughter needs medical care whilst she is her you have to pay for it.

Its not widely known but if you check with the National Health Service forign nationals are not entitled to free hospital care, they must have insurance to cover the costs, this policy is repeated with British Nationals in certain circumstances we are not entitled to free medical treatment. if we are involved in a traffic accident we dont receive free medical treatment insurance companies must foot the bill.

  6. Allowing her in won't be a problem, assuming she is under 18 years old. With a British husband you will certainly qualify for UK residency.  Free NHS treatment will depend on when she qualifies for citizenship.

Citizenship rules are available on this link,

    http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/british...

  7. If your husband is British then your daughter (I presume he's her father and she's not the child of a previous relationship?) should be eligible for a UK passport  (dual nationality) so it would not be a problem.

(Otherwise it may be more difficult because of the whole "recourse to public funds" thing and not being allowed to access the NHS etc.)

Check it out with the British Embassy before you go but I think you should be able to get your daughter a British passport if her father is British.  She would then be entitled to British citizenship, NHS care and so forth.

  8. im sure they will everyone one deserves one disabled or not

    thank for the england complement

  9. Hi

If you qualify under our much amended immigration rules then your daughter cannot be disqualified for any reason other than criminal (which clearly would not apply in this case) If she was not allowed entry based purely on her condition, you would have grounds for appeal under our disability discrimination act.

A very good government website for reference on many queries you may have is DIRECTGOV.GOV.UK

We look forward to you and all your family joining us on our small but quite "cuddly" island, the United Kingdom needs more immigrants like you.

    Take care

  10. listen if your daguhter was born to a british citizen parent(only needs to be one of them) even if born over the pond she is automuticly without any need to do anything a british citizen! all you need to do is apply for a passport!

    cheers

  11. I see no problem

    I hope you enjoy England
