  1. Nope they are still legally responsible for you untill 18 years of age unless you go to the court and become an emancipated minor which then would mean yes you can move out of the house, but in order to be an emancipated minor you have to have a job and be able to support yourself financially and be doing well in school.

  2. 16 is the age for emancipation, but I'd stay with your parents. Just because you got pregnant doesn't all of a sudden make you Miss Independent or an adult. You're going to need your parents most of all at this time.

  3. HONESTLy i BELiEVE UR STiLL A CHiLD...UNTiL U TURN 17 U R NOT LEGAL...NOT BEiNG RUDE BUT JUST BECAUSE UR HAViNG A BABy DOES NOT MAKE U AN ADULT.

  4. i believe they are still responsible.

just because you have a kid doesn't mean that you can do whatever you want.

trust me. if you are 15 whether you have a kid or not. STAY WITH YOUR PARENTS AS LONG AS YOU CAN!!!! lol

if you wanted to be on your own though. i think you would have to get emancipated.

  5. as soon as you have a kid you are considered an adult so yes you may move out

  6. Your parents  are still legally responsible for you until you are 18,  or darn close to it.  The only ways to get out of that would be emancipation (go to court and get legally named as an adult) or get married (with parental permission) and then your husband would be legally responsible for you until you are 18.

Either way...don't go and get pregnant just for independence...not worth it...just wait it out.
