I need advice what to do with my studies....?

hi, i'm 19 years old and I graduate in high school in philippines, do I need to go back in 12 grade here in US even i'm 19 already?...Do you think they will accept me?...for me i want to go back in 12 grade just to explore and adjust myself here..thnx for answering this question I really need you answer now...thnx again

When I was in High School, we had a foreign exchange student who entered our school at the 12th grade level.  He'd already graduated from his school in Germany, but wanted to put off U.S. college one more year to brush up on his spoken English skills.  I'm not sure of his age at the time, but he was accepted and received quite readily.

If you've already graduated from high school you can't go back to 12th grade in the US.  However, you can enroll in a Community College and continue going to school with other 19 year olds.  That would help you adjust to the US and will help you make new friends here.

You won't need to go back to 12th grade since the Philippines has a better education system than the United States.

I'd confidently go into college as a freshman and go from there. You will find yourself in time. If you have trouble, see your professor or counselor. That's their job to help you with your studies. Most go the extra mile to help students.

They will acept you no question to that,in fact a lot of senior citizens who wanted to study were still in school there. Do you have your high school diploma with you?I guess you can show it to them for some evaluation. Your life will be different and you can also take a part time job if you want. Hope you'll have an easy way and surpass the culture shock where u r now. Have a good life.

yeah they will cause last year the senior class in my school graduated a guy who was 20 years old and he did some school in korea.

the thing is that you can't join any high school sport team because of your age

Im not sure but im pretty sure its best for you to ask the college yourself.
