Sorry to see him go when he retired but when he tried to return it became tedious to watch and listen to him especially his whining. The Packers as a whole are larger than any single player as Brett found out. Remember the Packers are owned by Green Bay and the fans

I would still respect Farvre if he stayed retired and wished he was back when Aaron Rodgers puts up mediocre numbers but now that he was such a loser and wants to be back good riddens

well im very happy that rogers gets to play aaron as a canon and throws farther then favre now im glad farve went out of the national league i think the packers will do better with aaron to be honest

i dont think the jets will do good because farve is going to get hurt (because of madden curse)

The only "whining" Brett did was stating he changed his mind, which we all do, and wanted to play football again. It is not his fault the media drove this into the ground. I am sure he was just as tired of it as everyone else.

Tell me geniuses if Brett was such a whiner then why did he state himself that in the best interest of the team he did not think he and Aaron should have a competition to start? He was only thinking of the team the whole time, and because he wanted to play, he went somewhere else to do it because of the distraction to GB, and you all vilify him.

As for the biggest whiners that would be the Packers organization, anyone who doesn't see this is just too blind and doesn't want to see it. Boo hoo Brett changed his mind and didn't retire after all wah wah wah. We already promised Aaron he was the starter cry cry cry. We don't want an open competition because Brett will win and prove us all wrong and make us look bad sniff sniff....get over it.

As for him going to the Jets it is great for Brett because he get's to keep doing what he loves, and great for the Jets because they have someone who can, and will, make all those players they have better. It sucks for GB because behind Aaron they will fall, and regret with every new loss the way they handled all this.

I'm glad that Favre is getting to play again but I wish he was still playing for the Packers. I'm a Packer fan living in NY so I'm glad that if he's not playing for the Packers, he's playing here. I've already got my Favre, Jet jersey hanging in my closet next to my Favre Packer jersey. I'll always be a Packer fan but I'll always be a Favre fan as well.
