I have a rabbit teddy it looks scary i think he come alive at night what shall i do

i call him suicide rabbit he move from one place to a other and he drops on the floor although he is at the back of shelve and im living in a place with lots of earth quakes

I had the same problem once with a little toy radio that kept turning itself on, even after the batteries were taken out. Try tying it up, putting it under a bucket, and tying the bucket to something sturdy. If he keeps moving, throw him out, burn him, give him away, etc. Or, you could put a video camera by whatever it and if it moves, post the video on youtube.
