I have a race in 2 days...Can i go have a jog now..???

I am runner i have a 6km race on 2 days but i want to have a little run right now should i go for it..>>>>or should i just rest..???

  1. yes, go for run but dont do anything too hard


  2. Yeah.  My coach always said "Easy running days before the race helps them race better"

    Go on an easy run.  Tomorrow, maybe do a couple striders to sharpen up.

  3. Yea but dont go all out and train too hard. Then the day before the match either take it easy or train light.

    if you are feeling weary, run easy today and take 2morrow off

    but just do fairly easy run, and don't try anything you don't usually do
