I have a rash help me please!?

Hey guys. Let me be as simple as short as i could be. I have a reddish rash that started on my neck and is going from there up to my forehead and down from the other side, weird shape lol. I think i have poison ivy because i went to the forest 2 days ago and when im bored i touch and rip off leaves all the time lol.

I couldnt sleep at night because it itches i try to not itch it though but im like a zombie now i didnt sleep for 2 days.

So far all im doing is baking soda and water and rubbing it around infected area.

Please help quickly i wanna sleep and go back to work!

Btw im 15yr old male

Try taking Benadryl.  When you have a reaction to poison ivy your body releases histamine.  Benadryl's an antihistamine that can help stop this plus one of the side effects is drowsiness and that may help you get some sleep.
