I have a rbs face 2 face interview for customer service officer anybody know what kind of questions they ask??

Keep calm, down plan anything, nothing can go wrong if you don't have a plan. You should wait untill they ask you! Your not a robot now are you? Hmmm

do a search.

all companies ask them along with their own questions.

they're just looking for somebody who is cheerful, confident and committed to providing great customer service. Just relax and be yourself. Listen carefully to the questions and don't worry about taking a few seconds to think about them. The other big thing is honesty and loyalty, i.e. you're not going to steal or commit fraud...?

Just relax, just before your interview remind yourself that the reason you are there is to find out whether or not YOU want to work for THEM.
