I have a really bad stomach ache and i don't know how to get rid of it,Can i please have some help???

I need a way to get rid of my stomach ache cause i feel like i'm going to hurl but i'm not.

u probably have food poisoning. so go to the pharmacy and talk to a pharmacist and ak for medication. there are plenty.

try alka seltzer && if that doesn't work call your doctor maybe you ate something that wasn't quite up to par
