  1. Think about it slowly in your head first and make sure you know what your gonna say. You will find that you are not confused if you have thought about it first ^_^

  2. Well, I used to have that problem, and when I told my teacher he said to read, and read, and read... Well I hate reading, and I would say in my opinion that only nerds (not bad people or anything) read and read all day, because they have nothing better to do... Well instead, I ran away from his suggestion and chose to join theater which is where my school funds for plays, and I performed for several plays. The first show completely embarrassed me, and I would choke over my words throughout the whole play, and I knew I was a horrible actor, but with confidence I refused to give up continuing my effort in speaking clearly. After my third play, where i had practiced my speech skills, I joined the speech club, and gave several speeches and I started to see that I had no problem with speaking after!! Another suggestion would be speaking not to other people but yourself, thinking over your words, and saying them slowly... I hope I've helped you, and good luck with your speaking skills!!
