I have a really weird running form...HELP!!!??

i am a 13 yr old girl..i run cross country..ever since i was lil.. i would run with my knees tilted in and i would kick my legs to the side..it never bothered me b4..but now ppl can really notice it..i have tried high knees, butt kicks, and all that stuff..it didnt work...i need help!!! i really wanna be a good runner..but my form is slowing me down!!!! and i get sore knees!!

  1. You need to go to a running club in your city. Theres one in my city called the running room. You may have to get a membership, or might be allowed to go for sessions. Ask for the right techniques to run long distances. I ran the same way, and they fixed me up. Hope it helps!
