  1. honey 1-cup  =  1 1/4-cup sugar and 1/4-cup water

  2. For 1 cup, use 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar plus 1/4 cup liquid (use liquid called for in recipe); 1 cup molasses; 1 cup light or dark corn syrup; or 1 cup pure maple syrup.

  3. Whats the recipe? A replacement can only be determined by the other ingredients.
