first try to get the information from net about the IT companies, and the basic requirements of staff for them.  Then you try to gather resumes suitable for the companies.  Then try to write a letter of offer or try to arrange a meeting with the concerned personnel over there, you will definitely succeed.  But first collect the resumes, as if any firm want immediately candidates, you should not turn back.  First impression should be always best.  All the best.
