for about a year now i have had an injury annoying my hamstring. I have had pyhsio on it, had it flattened out and all the muscle fibres straightened and loosened.

and my coach, (an ex-olympian) has spoken to ex-international pyhsios and says it could be my pelvic gurdle is not alined properly, I have an appointment to get my hips measured but if this is not the problem, what could it be?

thanks for any help

  1. i had a really serious problem with my groin, whenever i'd play a minute of sports it would strain and i'd have to sit out. went to the doctors, had physio, nothing worked. had to learn to really fight through the pain and spend about 15 minutes gently warming it up before playing anything, and its pretty much fine now. it was just really overworked and because i was never warming it up it was getting more and more strained. have a good 2 months off sport and work on warming it up for a really long time before playing, it might be the same as mine was. doctor didn't tell me to do that, tried it myself and fixed it. go easy on it for a long long time and maybe it will do what mine did and fix itself. sorry if its something more serious, but if its just a reoccuring strain it might slowly slowly fix itself
