I have a roadbike that was just tunedup.Everything appeared 2 b working but when went 4 ride no shifting.Help?

Its a Pinarello Galileo 2007 model with Shimano Ultegra components for the derailers. Any advice (in simpleton terms...very new to this) would be helpful to avoid another trip to the bike shop for a bike that in the end didn't end up working

the cable that is attachted to your rear deraileur might not be attatched or tightened enuff

Take it back!! I hate return trips too but you paid for your bike to be in top working order.  It's not. Have them fix it. By the way, sweet bike!!!
