  1. rice or mashed potatoes

    green beans

    potatoe salad

    Yams

    Homemade mac and cheese

    corn

    roll

any of these or a couple of these would be good

  2. carrots and potatoes

    throw them right in

    serve with white rice

  3. It must be a pot roast so I'd cook potatoes , carrots, onions, and 2 chopped garlic gloves in a small amount of salted water and add to the gravy or broth in crock pot while the roast is cooking or mix them together just before serving if there is no room in the crock pot.  Bread salad. Cottage cheese is great in a lime jello salad with 1T. mayo, 1 can mashed pears. One large box of jello add 3/4 C. cottage cheese. A light dessert like sherbet.

  4. get a bowl and put the cottage cheese in it, then put any fruit you have a decorate it on the top off the cottage cheese!

  5. roasted potatoes got great.

or just throw some carrots and potatoes in the crock pot as well MMMMMMM

  6. My family has always roasted carrots and potatoes along with the pot roast and when it's done top with a beef gravy.  McCormic has a great beef gravy mix.
