Well, from a Style Consultant point of view, the best thing for a roundish face is to look for hairstyles that will help your face look longer. I think that having a fringe (I assume bangs are a fringe) will chop your face into a small piece at the bottom , under a hairline, so the resulting look will be of a tiny face.

A good style will be

Any style is that adds moderate height to the top of the head and temples to balance the width of the cheeks.

If a part is desired, a diagonal three quarter or centre front part is good.

Medium length with some tapering in the back or longer.

Sweep your hair back at the sides and keep it close to your head.

AVOID:

Roundish hairstyles,

Straight bangs or fringes espeially those that are heavy,

Fullness at the earline,

Very short hair that follows the roundness of the face.
