That stuff can take up to a day or two you should check on the offense part of the site. I got muted 2 times they only lasted a day. if you cant wait e-mail jaxes send them ur username.

There is no exact answer because Jagex's team has many appeals to read and it may take a while before they read it. Hopefully you don't have to wait too long. goodluck =)
