Hi. I am about to join the Marines. I am NOT a runner!!! I know that when you get to boot camp you are required to run a 10 min mile. To all of you this may not seem hard. I am however a horrible runner! I can do all the rest of the physical stuff, just NOT running.I need to be able to do this 10 min mile when I get there. Any running plans you guys have for beginners to be able to build up to a 10 min mile in 8 wks would be great!! I leave the first week in Nov. So I need a plan now! I have looked and cant find one!Any help would be great thanks!
