schedule. since im going to use it 2wice a week how many minutes a day should i be running with it?? please help i want to be ready for the team next year with lightening speed.

  1. You just need to get a good workout, and we can't tell you other wise. You need to be stretching, that is important (especially in residence training)

    But talking to a track coach wouldn't be a bad idea.
