I can't pull up the service manual right now but I've dealt with this before.  Usually it's because the PC is in a mode unsupported by the TV  If its an old video card I can tell you right now that you might need to upgrade.  I've had customers using Samsung DLP's as PC monitors and everyone of them had to get a newer vid card.  You need to be able to change the refresh and displays rates of the output of the vid card.  Does the tv flicker at all?

PC input is RGB  Check the setting on the vid card for this

Try turning the tv off then on (with the pc on) so it will seek sync on the input--change the settings and try again.

What cable are you using?  Are you sure that the computer's resolution is set correctly?  Are you on the right input?  A little more information would be helpful.
