I have a samsung cinema system modle number (ht-tx35).when i listen to CD how do i turn TV off and how?

Samsung cimema (ht-tx35) when playing a CD i unable to have the TV tured off because when i turn off the TV the TV turns off the cinema system off as well.So there for we then unplug TV and it all seems to work but we are not happy with this!PLEASE any answers?

  1. It sounds like the IR setting on your remote is cross-coded with your cinema system.  Try pressing the power button on your TV.  If the cinema system still turns off, then there must be some kind of daisy chain between your TV and and cinema system.

    Contact Samsung or the store where you bought it from.
