I have a sanyo vpc-e760 camera and I cant get it to connect to my computer. What am I doing wrong?

I hook it up to my computer with the cord that came with the camera. It says processing, then it says connection failed

  1. Have you tried the Sanyo support site for your camera model?? You may have to update your driver.
