greet him and when you do, make sure you say his name.  here is an example: hi (insert name here).  using his name shows that you know who he is.  if he does not know who you are introduce yourself.  and be sure to smile.  i'll let do the rest.  good luck

I'm 13 and i have a social this week 2, normally Guy ask you to dance and you just start talking or just go up to them and ask them and start having a convo. Good luck and have a good time there heaps of fun!
