Hi, I've just finished the second year of a Biomedical Science degree and am hoping to spend a year doing a work placement before going on to complete my final year of study.

I have been asked to go for an informal interview at a transplant centre lab next week and wondered if anyone has any advice / tips that may help.

Thankyou :)

  1. 1) Don't worry

    2) The people hiring you will decide in the first 5 minutes. Don't be late and make sure you look good.

    3) Be ready to answer these questions:

    What is your greatest quality?

    Why did you choose us?

    Are you a team player?

    ans other "tough" questions.

If they don't hire you, it is probably a good thing for YOU. Several times in my life I was not hired, but it turns out to be a good thing because the company went bankrupt the next month, they move to a new location, the job was actually very boring.

  2. Pray and research before the interview starts. And the most of all, erase the shyness in yourself while interview is in progress.

  3. Know about Technology
