I have a second job interview tomorrow. What types of questions should I ask?

I had a job interview today and he (the owner of the company) wants me to come back tomorrow morning for a second interview. When he called me to set up my second interview, he asked if I had any questions. He caught me off-guard because I couldn't think of any.

My interview is at 8 AM tomorrow morning. What types of questions should I ask? It's a small company. If I work there, there will only be 5 people in the office. I've already asked about the job responsibilities.

Benefits, holiday/sick leave, on-call policies .. but don't overcrowd him with questions! If you have to, be to-the-point with your questioning!
